During the Iitti Wild Food Week, there are events every day in different parts of Iitti. The event calendar and map for the spring event on this page.
The week culminates with the Wild Food Market and the Campfire Coffee Brewing World Championships on May 23, 2026 in the courtyard of the Iitti Farm Market.

"Thiefs roast" buffet
Yli-Kaitala Resort's "Thiefs roast" buffet, wild herb sides, and campfire coffee at 6:00 PM. Price €59/person.

Mukulan tila
On a wild herb walk, you will learn to recognize and use familiar wild herbs from the yard. During the walk, you will get to know the most familiar wild herbs found in the local nature by identifying them and hearing and discussing their possible uses.
Lunch VanhaSampo
Lunch on weekdays from 10:30 to 14:00. Our delicious lunch consists of a generous salad bar, soup of the day and two warm main courses with side dishes. During Wild Food Week, lunch uses plenty of natural produce.
Peurankello cafe
Cafe and shop is open Wed-Fri from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The cafe offers sweet and savory pastries made from the berries and mushrooms of Finnish forests as well as handicrafts from local producers.
The courtyard cafe is open on Saturday 29.8 and 5.9 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Venetian celebration
On Saturday, August 29, 2026, Radalla Resort will host a cozy Venetian celebration. The evening's program includes a generous grill buffet, live music, and late-summer vibes by Lake Urajärvi. Performing is Radansuu's very own Ärräpäät Orchestra.

Art Vuorela's pop-up café open September 5-6 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Mushroom course
Mushroom course at Perheniemi College from September 18 to 20, 2026. In the course, you'll learn to identify edible mushrooms, prepare food from them, and you'll also get tips on preserving mushrooms. Pre-registration by September 7.
Village chiefs burger
Rantamesta in Vuolenkoski offers the famous Village Chief burger all week. The burger, made from locally produced beef and delicious sides, tastes great on the beach terrace.
